DOMESTIC ORDERS
For your convenience, ScienCell Research Laboratories offers several
ways to place an order.

Order Form.
ORDER BY E-MAIL: Simply complete our Order Form and e-mail it to sales@sciencellonline.com.
SHIPPING
1. Order placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday through Thursday,
are shipped on the same business day.
2. Order placed after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday through Wednesday,
are shipped on the following Business day.
3. Order placed on Thursday after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) and on
Friday will be shipped on the following Monday (holidays excluded).
All shipments are made via overnight priority delivery service,
F.O.B. San Diego, California. Freight will be prepaid and added
to the invoice. If a customer requests shipments using other carriers,
customer must provide its account number with the specific carrier
so that such shipments may be shipped freight collect. An additional
fee is added to each box requiring dry ice. Any problems that may
arise during shipment of products should be reported to ScienCell
Research Laboratories immediately upon receipt of the material.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Net 30 days after shipment in U.S. dollars. All orders are subject
to final acceptance by ScienCell Research Laboratories at the prices
in effect at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change
without notice.
PAYMENTS
Acceptable payment methods include VISA, MasterCard, EFTs, and Check
USE OF PRODUCTS
All ScienCell Research Laboratories products intended for research
use only and are not to be used for any other purposes including,
but not limited to, human or veterinary application, in vitro diagnostic
procedures, unauthorized commercial purposes.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts are available on all products for large quantities, bulk
order and standing order. Please call for specific information.
LIMITED WARRENTY
Any product that does not meet the performance standards stated
in the product specification sheet will be replaced at no charge.
This warranty is the exclusive warranty which limits our liability
to the replacement of the product. No other warranty, express or
implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for
use. ScienCell Research Laboratories shall have no liability for
any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising
out of the use, the result of use or the inability to use any product.
