Normal Human Primary Cell Lysate

In the past few years, micro RNA with 15 - 30 nucleotides in length have been shown biologically significant as ubiquitous, versatile repressors of gene expression. ScienCell Research Laboratories' micro RNA is isolated from a wide variety of normal human cell types by commercial available isolation kit, which employs an organic extraction followed by immobilization of RNA on glass-fiber filters to enrich micro RNA. The micro RNA products are delivered in DEPC treated water.

Quality Control

  • The A260/280 ratio of the micro RNA is measured to be ~2.0 using Beckman Coulter DU 800 spectrophotometer.
  • The integrity of micro RNA is checked by electrophoresis on 15% denaturing polyacrylamide gel. The 5.8S rRNA, 5S rRNA and tRNA species are efficiently recovered.

Normal Human Primary Cell Total RNA

The study of RNA has been proved very important in gene expression and discovery, and getting RNA information from normal human primary cells play a key role in this study. ScienCell Research Laboratories provides high quality total RNA from 17 normal human cell systems with over 70 different cell types. The purity of RNA is demonstrated by A260/A280 ratio of 1.9-2.1. The integrity of the RNA as indicated by the 28S rRNA bands and 18S rRNA bands at denaturing agarose gel with a ratio of 2:1. No residual DNA is detected by RT-PCR. All RNA samples are ready for use in cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, RNA protection assay, northern blot analysis, purification of mRNA for library construction, PCR-select cDNA subtraction, and DNA micro array.
