<p><strong>Provide 1000x Protection Against RNase Degradation</strong></p><p>A serially diluted RNase A (1 µg/µl to 1 fg/µL) were added to 2 10 µL of Stable RNA (top panel) or TE buffer (bottom panel) with RNA.</p>

<p><strong>Stabilizes RNA in Tissues at Room Temperature for Up to One Week</strong></p><p>Mouse kidney were cut (~10 mg) and stored in 1x PBS or StableRNA. Total RNA was isolated using DualPrep DNA/RNA Isolation Kit (Cat. #6908)</p>
