Osteoblast Mineralization Supplement (ObMS) Catalog #4672

Osteoblast Mineralization Supplements (ObMS-A and ObMS-B) are medium supplements designed for mineralization of primary osteoblasts as determined by Alizarin Red staining in vitro. They are sterile, concentrated solutions which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for osteoblast differentiation. ObMS-A is supplied as a 5mL, 100X solution and ObMS-B is supplied as a 10mL, 50X solution. The supplements are designed as additives for Osteoblast Mineralization Medium (ObMM, Cat #4611) and should be used in conjunction with that medium.
