Rat CRP ELISA Kit

ScienCell’s Rat CRP Pre-Coated ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is a solid-phase immunoassay specially designed to measure Rat Crp with a 96-well strip plate that is pre-coated with antibody specific for Crp.

Kit components
1. Lyophilized recombinant Rat CRP standard: 10 ng/tube×2.
2. 8 x 12 divisible strips pre-coated with anti- Rat CRP antibody.
3. Sample diluent buffer: 30 ml
4. Biotinylated anti- Rat CRP antibody: 100μl, dilution 1:100.
5. Antibody diluent buffer: 12ml.
6. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex (ABC): 100μl, dilution 1:100.
7. ABC diluent buffer: 12ml.
8. TMB color developing agent: 10ml.
9. TMB stop solution: 10ml.
10. Wash buffer (25X) 20 ml.
